Susi trained as a teacher and a nurse in Valencia, Spain. She has worked in neonates since 1997. Susi also works once a week in the neonatal unit in Portsmouth.
Susi joined the ODN in 2018 to develop the TV&W Neonatal QIS programme with Kim Edwards and currently co-leads the course with Lindsey Macfarlane. She now co-leads the Preceptorship Programme with Lindsey too.
Lindsey originally qualified as a paediatric nurse and has worked in neonates in a variety of units since 2004.
Lindsey has been involved in neonatal education for the last 10 years and is currently the neonatal Lecture Practitioner in Oxford.
Lindsey joined the ODN team in July 2020 and co-leads the QIS and preceptorship programmes with Susi Hill.
Coming from a leisure and tourism background, Lynette brings Operational Management, Logistics, Photographic Training and Design knowledge to the ODN team.
She supports the Education Projects Leads across Neonatal and Adult Critical Care Networks, through a newly introduced role to the NHS.
