Susi trained as a teacher and a nurse in Valencia, Spain. She has worked in neonates since 1997. Susi also works once a week in the neonatal unit in Portsmouth. Susi joined the ODN in 2018 to develop the TV&W Neonatal QIS programme with Kim Edwards and currently co-leads the course with Lindsey Macfarlane. Lindsey originally qualified as a paediatric nurse and has worked in neonates in a variety of units since 2004. Lindsey has been involved in neonatal education for the last 10 years and is currently the neonatal Lecture Practitioner in Oxford. Coming from a leisure and tourism background, Lynette brings Operational Management, Logistics, Photographic Training and Design knowledge to the ODN team.
