​Timetables will be emailed to preceptees prior to the study day

October 2025 & April 2025 Intake 

Group allocation 
Once Line mangers/ educators have registered new registrants onto the programme, preceptees will be allocated by the WPNPP Lead in conjunction with line managers into one of two groups. 
Yellow Group - Attend the first date for each study day
Green Group - Attend the second date for each study day 
If you are unsure which group you or your preceptee is allocated then please email the WPNPP Lead (details on contact page)

Oncology study day
Location:  Lecture Theatre, Heartbeat Education centre, Southampton General Hospital

14th January - Preceptees from Piam Brown  and ALL working outside of University Hospital Southampton 
21st January - Preceptees working in UHS (outside of PB)  
Acute Illness study day 
Location: 3rd February - Southampton General Hospital (HHFT team facilitating) 
​4th February - Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, Hampshire. 
Patient Safety & Communication 
Location:  Southampton General Hospital 
9th & 23rd March 2026
Mental Health study day 
Location:  Southampton General Hospital 
8th & 9th April 2026
Professional Development study day 
Location:  Southampton General Hospital
