We are very pleased to be able to offer small amounts of money (up to £1000) to members of the PIER network paediatric MDT to fund new and innovative projects to improve patient outcomes or experience within our region. These projects can be local or regional in their scope but should be applicable to the wider network as a whole. Application for these monies can be made using the form below which will then be discussed and voted on at the regional PIER leads meeting. Please ensure that all parts of the form are completed before submission. 

Successful applicants will be expected to agree to the following responsibilities prior to receipt of the funds:

• To submit a written report on the progress of the above project every 6 months to the PIER leads group
• To submit the outcomes of this project to the next appropriate PIER Conference to share the learning with the wider region
• To agree that this funding will only be used for purposes of the project and any additional use will be submitted in writing to the PIER leads group in advance
• To accept responsibility for the use of this funding and will ensure all spend is accounted for in the 6 monthly reports
